Join us for this hands-on skills group on the tools and thinking needed to live well.

This group is about learning skills related to:

  • Mindfulness
  • Coping with Stress
  • Emotional Wellbeing
  • Relating and Communicating with others

Learn to understand your behaviors, emotions and thoughts and change those that cause suffering and distress.

WHEN:  Mondays 2:00pm-3:30pm September 19, 2016 to December 12, 2016

WHERE:  St. Peter’s HARRRP, 705 Main Street East, Hamilton, ON (lower level of the former St. Peter’s Anglican Church)

WHO:  Individuals 18+ with mental health and/or substance use concerns who struggle to attend traditional groups or services that are interested in exploring new skills and might benefit from skills training offered in a Dialectical Behavioural Therapy perspective/influence.
